Sean Seah
MIOMO Aotearoa Board Member

Sean graduated with a double degree in Law and Political Science. Sean has extensive experience as Chief Executive with global corporate leadership experience with Microsoft, HSBC, Toyota, Air New Zealand, Langham Hotels and Burger King. He is a Tech Entrepreneur with expertise in scaling high growth start-up ventures with Travelocity, Groupon, Fitness First, BondsInAsia and APD.

Sean is an experienced board chairman and keynote speaker, passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of global leaders. Sean loves to ski, play tennis and travels the world looking for the most delicious food to eat. MIOMO is lucky to have Sean as a Board Member and Digital Consultant.

Josiah Parr
MIOMO Aotearoa Board Member

Josiah Parr, Trust Manager at the Aspiring Leaders’ Forum, plays a key role in developing leaders and empowering the next generation. With a focus on community engagement and youth empowerment, Josiah has led projects that unlock young leaders’ potential. His strategic mindset and commitment have greatly influenced the forum’s goal to inspire and support aspiring leaders. Also, he is an international keynote speaker. Josiah is married to Vicki and has three daughters. Josiah joined the MIOMO Board in 2024

Wee-Yeong Eyou
MIOMO Aotearoa Board Member

Wee-Yeong has been the Executive Director of MIOMO since 2020. His passion for the next generation in Aotearoa drives him to impart value and skills to set young people up for success in all areas of life; and to equip parents for their role in their young adults’ independence process. After completing a conjoint degree at the University of Auckland (majoring in Technology and Management), Wee-Yeong’s 20+year career includes Consulting, Risk Management, Youth Mentoring and Non-Profit Leadership. In 2014, Wee-Yeong narrowed his focus to work solely with the emerging generation of young adults.  He is also currently a doctoral candidate in the topic of youth, family and culture.
