Hi Teacher!

We have created a curriculum of life skills for your senior students (final two years).  This curriculum consists of short videos (1 to 1-2 minutes, with relevant reflection & discussion questions and activities to complete after watching the video.  Each of the 10 lessons can be completed within a minimum of 10 minutes.  Hence the name of this curriculum – “Life 10×10”

Below is an overview of this programme :

Purpose of this series – “10×10”

It’s important to “know WHO you are and your WHY before you try to discover WHAT you are going to do with your life”!  This series of short videos and activities will help your year 12 and/or 13 students get the process started down the right path.

Delivery format

Vital life skills concepts are taught using 10 short videos (60 to 90 seconds) and associated activities that should take a total of a minimum of 10 minutes (hence the name “10×10”) to complete.  This can be done through self-directed learning, or as a facilitated classroom activity by your teachers.
